Costs & Coverage

Early Bird Student Admission is $65 CAD per student. A VIP Add-On is available for an additional $15 CAD. Meals are not included.

Accommodation

Accommodation details for CUSEC 2027 will be announced by the CCS Head Delegate once arrangements are finalized.

Group Travel

Group travel (school bus) from Ottawa to Montreal.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Must be a current Carleton student (any program).
  • Follow university/club policy (no alcohol, no misconduct).
  • Deadlines apply — late submissions may not be reimbursed.
  • Must be a CCS member.

FAQs

Do I have to be CS or SE to join?

No. We welcome all Carleton students interested and passionate about tech.

How are spots allocated?

We use interest forms + participation signals to allocate fairly. Additional criteria may apply if demand exceeds capacity.

Can I arrange my own travel?

Yes, though no reimbursements are provided by CCS due to limited funding.

What if I miss a deadline?

Spots are time-sensitive. Missed deadlines may forfeit your place.
